Shipping & Returns 

All Limited Edition prints are professionally packaged and shipped anywhere within Australia for a flat rate fee of $50. Once your item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with tracking information. 

Please be mindful that it is the buyer’s responsibility to track shipping and failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to us. 

All parcels delivered will require a signature on delivery. Please be mindful that if a request is made to leave your parcel unattended, you acknowledge that Lara Moisi and their representatives will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to the delivered goods.

Lara Moisi does not offer change of mind on purchases.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the artwork has not been damaged in transit within 24 hours of opening the parcel, and reporting in writing and with photographs any faults.  The buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item and please liaise with Lara Moisi in writing and with photographs to laramoisi@icloud.com.  

If returned goods are deemed faulty after inspection by Lara Moisi, a refund or replacement product will be issued and any shipping costs refunded.
